MOTHERS DAY
I heard a man say that the loss of his mother had torn the heart from the family home. Today will be that first Mother’s Day without the heart of the home being with them and all they will have are the memories of that person who provided a love and care that words cannot express. 
Today will be a first Mother’s Day as a mum for some of you as you shape the lives of those in your care in a unique way that cannot be replaced. 
We honour the mums that have to be both mother and father in a house. We honour the mums that make constant sacrifices to give their kids the best opportunities in life whether it’s taxi-ing kids to work, sport etc. 
We honour all the mothers who make our Club successful. No matter how busy you are you make time for us. 
So if you’re lucky enough to have your mother still in your life, give them a hug, tell them today how much you love them, make good memories with them. For those whose mothers have gone to their final resting place I hope that your memories of them will give you comfort.
